Zaharo Tsekouras
Before starting Resonance, I was a venture investor and later worked as a Chief of Staff at a high-growth startup — experiences that shaped how I see people, teams, and leadership from the inside. I build teams by paying close attention to people, timing, and what’s actually being asked for in a given moment. When recruiting is done well, it shapes careers, companies, and lives in very real ways. My role is to create the conditions for thoughtful, high-integrity work to happen — for our clients, our candidates, and our team. I care deeply about not just the results we deliver, but how we move through our work.
I believe the very act of creation is sacred, and in our business, our creation manifests in connections – specifically, connecting individuals with the opportunities that stretch them, support them, and lead them down a new life path. Every placement we make introduces a new path into someone’s life — one they may never have encountered otherwise. Those moments carry weight. Over time, they shape companies, communities, and culture. I’m motivated by the idea that if we approach this work with care, clarity, and intention, we can create both successful and meaningful outcomes.
We see our work as relational vs. transactional. The way we show up with clients, candidates, and each other matters. Integrity matters. The energy behind the work matters. Over time, this approach leads to better decisions, stronger partnerships, and outcomes that actually hold.

Joe kerridge
Before recruiting, I was very fortunate to have a career in the NFL - an experience that taught me what performance, preparation, and trust really mean. I’ve carried that same mindset into talent work, helping founders and teams at early-stage startups hire exceptional engineers and product leaders. I’ve led searches across AI, ML, Engineering, Product, Design, Leadership, and Management at Pre-Seed - Series C Startups, partnering directly with CEOs, CTOs, and investors to build the kind of teams that actually move the needle.
Throughout my athletic career, I always had an agent - someone whose job was to understand my value, negotiate on my behalf, and help me navigate opportunities with confidence. That experience shaped how I see recruiting: I view myself as an agent for both my candidates and my clients. It’s not transactional, it’s about alignment, advocacy, and trust - helping people land roles that change the trajectory of their careers, while helping companies find the kind of people who elevate their mission and culture. For my clients, I bring a founder’s mindset to every search - acting as an extension of their team to deeply understand their technology, vision, and values. I don’t just fill roles; I help them build the foundation for long-term success by finding talent that matches both the technical bar and the human one.
This work has redefined how I think about success. It’s not about volume, it’s about fit, impact, and connection. Recruiting at the startup level means partnering with people who are building something from zero, who are betting on themselves and their teams. I see a bit of the athlete’s mentality in every founder and candidate I work with, the hunger to compete, grow, and win together.

Being a former collegiate athlete taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and pushing past limits — qualities I carry into every relationship and interaction. I’ve always been drawn to the mix of big-picture strategy and hands-on problem solving, which is why I love working across both executive and IC search in product, data, and technology. I get to help companies find visionary leaders while also connecting them with the builders and problem solvers who turn those ideas into reality.
I’m connected to this work because I see hiring as one of the most powerful levers for growth. Technology is really just about tackling complex challenges at scale, and it’s the people behind it who bring those solutions to life— whether leaders or builders— these are the ones who drive that innovation forward. Helping companies unlock their next stage of growth by connecting them with those change makers is what excites me most.
For me, what makes this work different is the way it connects strategy with execution. It’s not just about finding a CEO, CTO, or VP — it’s also about uncovering the ICs who push boundaries in engineering, data, and product. Being able to influence both sides of that equation means I get to watch teams grow in a way that’s tangible, transformative, and lasting.

I’ve always loved building things and figuring out how to make them work. I began my career in operations, training and managing teams, and building systems from the ground up. For nearly a decade, I’ve partnered closely with executives as a principal recruiter and client leader, helping solve people and organizational challenges. I’m energized by being part of the solution—finding exceptional leaders who help organizations scale and achieve their goals.
I understand how much the right person, at the right moment, can change the trajectory of a business. Helping founders and executives find Chiefs of Staff, product, and technical leaders feels like a natural extension of the work I’ve always done: seeing the problem clearly, understanding the context, and helping build something that actually works.
